The referenced property has been inspected and found to be in violation of the City of Lawrence Environmental Code.   Specifically, the yard is littered with an accumulation of guttering/debris. 

The owners of record are:         Christian M Bennett, Bonnie G Bennett

PO Box 4463, Lawrence KS   66046-1463.                     

Per the chronology below, a notice was issued to the property owners with no response as of today.  Please let me know if you have questions concerning this.  Thank you.

Jan 12 2004 Received complaint.  Inspected, yard is blighted with an accumulation of guttering/debris

Jan 13 2004 Issued a Notice of Violation (mailed via first class regular mail and certified mail).

Jan 28 2004 Inspected, no change.  Took picture. 

                    Request a resolution be adopted, declaring this property blighted and order the violations abated within 20 days.
