Lawrence 1, LLC, a Kansas Corporation doing business as PepperJax Grill, a restaurant located at 947 New Hampshire, Suite 120 in Lawrence, KS, would respectfully petition for a waiver of Section 4-206, Section A regarding sale of alcoholic beverages within 400 feet of any school or church.  Based on trends of the current PepperJax Grill restaurant, we anticipate the sale of beer to be less than 10 percent of our total sales.

We would appreciate your consideration in waiving this ordinance on our behalf.
