ORDINANCE NO. 7749

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS, 2001 ADDITION AND AMENDMENTS THERETO,       RELATING TO NO PARKING.

          BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

SECTION I:  From and after the effectiveness of this ordinance and the installation of appropriate traffic control devices, parking is prohibited along the south side of 25^th Street between Cedarwood Avenue and Ridge Court. 

SECTION II.  From and after the effectiveness of this ordinance and the removal of appropriate traffic control devices, parking is permitted along the north side of 25^th Street between Cedarwood Avenue and Ridge Court.

SECTION III.  The City Engineer is hereby directed to amend the Schedule of No Parking, maintained by the Office of the City Engineer, to reflect the provisions of Section I.
