ORDINANCE NO. 7750

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 7651 AND ORDINANCE NO. 7728 EXTENDING THE TEMPORARY MORATORIUM FOR THE ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS WITHIN THE TEMPORARY MORATORIUM AREA UNTIL MAY 1, 2004

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

Section 1.     The temporary building permit moratorium for the issuance of building permits within the temporary moratorium area, as defined and set forth in Ordinance No. 7651 and Ordinance No. 7728, is hereby extended until May 1, 2004.

Section 2.    This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its adoption and publication as provided by law.
