Attached is a memo outlining the various events that are scheduled for the Outdoor Aquatic Center this summer, as well as information regarding pool hours and some special summer rates.

Performance Measurement

The Management Team will be hearing a presentation on Performance Measurement/Management at their March 3rd meeting.  The consultant’s presentation will be speaking about how to build “strategic linkages” between collecting data, planning, and the budgeting process.  She has given a similar presentation at an ICMA Best Practices conference.  The presentation is being arranged and facilitated by Casey Liebst, Management Analyst with the Finance Department.

Complaint Response Option

Citizens can now access a “complaint form” on the Neighborhood Resources Department website.  Once the complaint is entered by the citizen, a staff member reviews the issue, and if appropriate, sets up a case file, contacts the complainant, and arranges for inspection.  The Neighborhood Resources website is www.lawrenceneighres.org.
