AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 7651 AND ORDINANCE NO. 7750; CONCERNING A TEMPORARY

BUILDING PERMIT MORATORIUM

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

Section 1.     Ordinance No. 7651 and Ordinance No. 7750 are hereby repealed.

Section 2.    This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its adoption and publication as provided by law.

Alternative language

Section 2.     This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its adoption and publication as provided by law and the effective dates of Ordinance Nos. 7755, 7756 and 7757.
