ORDINANCE NO.  7759

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE,KANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 17-501 ET SEQ. OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS 2003 EDITION, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

Section 1.     Congressional Drive, between West 6th Street (U.S. Hwy. 40) and Overland Drive, within the corporate limits of the city is hereby designated as a main trafficway pursuant to K.S.A. 12-685, et. seq.

Section 2.      This ordinance shall be supplemental to Section 17-501 et. seq. of the Code of the City of Lawrence, Kansas 2003 edition, and amendments thereto.
