Gary Baker, PhD is the Director of the Community Building Initiatives for the Center.

I have obtained reference information as well as additional detail regarding the types of services provided.  Please refer to my previous memo dated March 30, 2004 regarding the specific direction and input that is needed in order to proceed with this process, if that is the desire of the Commission.
