            The following individual participated in a Community Development Division loan program.  Repayment of the loan has been received so the Mortgage should be released. 

1) Vicki Pepperdine, 829 E. 13^th St., participated in the Emergency and Furnace Loan Programs in 2001.

The City Clerk will have the documents ready for the Mayor's signature.  If you have further questions, please let me know.
