                      2004 Overlay Program, Phase 1

Bids were taken May 4, 2004 on the subject project.  The results are as follows:

          Engineer’s Estimate                                     $   666,611.70

          Asphalt Improvement Company                  $   496,403.05

          LRM Industries, Inc.                                       $   499,635.35

We recommend awarding the contract to Asphalt Improvement Company in the amount of $496,403.05 provided the contractor can meet the terms established in the contract documents.
