            The following individual participated in a Community Development Division loan program.  Repayment of the loan has been received so the Mortgage should be released. 

1) Charles and Jozina Roberman, 2134 Massachusetts, participated in the Emergency Loan Program in 1993.

The City Clerk will have the document ready for the Mayor's signature.  If you have further questions, please let me know.
