Parks and Recreation requested bids for a new HVAC system at the South Park Center.
The present HVAC system at the South Park Center is the original system installed when the building was built in the 1960’s. It is inefficient, has mechanical problems and the vent pipes under the concrete slab hold water.
Recommendation Action:
Approve bid from Chaney Inc. for the HVAC system at the South Park Center in the amount of $39,797.00. (Sales Tax Reserve Fund)
