            The following individual participated in a Community Development Division loan program.  Repayment of the loan has been received so the Mortgage should be released. 

1) L & S Investment Company, 1033 New Jersey, participated in the HOME Rental Rehabilitation Program in 1999.

The City Clerk will have the document ready for the Mayor's signature.  If you have further questions, please let me know.
