Re:     Consent agenda approval – revised cul-de-sac design

Plat:    Final Plat for Foxfire Addition No. 5, PF-11-20-03

Landplan Engineering is requesting an approval of a revised offset cul-de-sac for the southern end of Burning Tree Drive.

The revised cul-de-sac design was coordinated between the City Engineer, Assistant City Manager, Mark Gardner (Senior Project Engineer for Landplan) and the Owner. This new alignment will minimize the height of a required retaining wall along the east side of Burning Tree Drive.

The City Commission previously accepted the dedication of rights-of-way and easements for the Foxfire Addition No. 5 as a consent agenda item at the January 6, 2004 City Commission meeting. The Foxfire Addition No. 5 Final Plat has not yet been submitted to Planning for recordation at the County Register of Deeds.

Recommended Action: Accept the dedication of rights-of-way and easements for the revised Burning Tree Drive cul-de-sac as shown on Foxfire Addition No. 5.
