Engineer’s Estimate	$ 76,098.75
Vance Brothers, Inc.	$ 62,146.58
Hi-Plains Sand, Inc.	$ 80,524.05
APAC-Kansas, Inc.	$106,222.14

Recommendation Action:

Approve bid from Vance Brothers, Inc. for 2004 Chip and Seal Program, Street Improvements in the amount of $62,146.58 provided the contractor can meet the terms established in the contract documents.
