Rules:

·         Participation must be in an activity not within team member’s own department.

·         Participation requires 2-4 hours involvement in the activity (e.g. if water testing, participant must actually do the testing procedure; if involved in a training exercise, participant must perform one or more of the training elements).

·         Participation must in a meaningful way contribute to the activity (e.g. if activity is meter reading, participant must read a certain number of meters).

·         Two minute report on activities to fellow Management Team members at the August 18th meeting.

·         Part of report must include at least one significant fact or process that you learned and previously didn’t know about the activity/department.

·         All safety procedures must be followed and related safety gear/clothing/tools must be used as appropriate.

·         To evenly distribute the activities among the management team, no duplicate assignments will be made until all activities have been assigned at least once.

·         Activity assignment is first come, first served. Contact Debbie Van Saun to request your assignment.
