AN ORDINANCE CHANGING CERTAIN STREET

NAMES IN THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

SECTION I.  CHANGE OF STREET NAME.  From and after the effective date of this ordinance, 25^th Terrace (within Fairfield Farms West Addition) shall be called and hereafter referred to as 25^th Place.

SECTION II.  CHANGE OF STREET NAME.  From and after the effective date of this ordinance, 25^th Street (within Fairfield Farms West Addition) shall be called and hereafter referred to as 25^th Terrace, in the City of Lawrence, Douglas County, Kansas.

ADOPTED by the Governing Body of the City of Lawrence, Kansas, this _______ day of _______________________, 2004.
