Re:        Site Plan for Wisconsin Apartments, SP-10-62-03. Dear Linda:

 

As you know, I represent Harold Shephard in the above-mentioned matter. The purpose of this communication is to resubmit the plan for City Commission approval.

 

It is our intent to resubmit the plan in its original form as presented to the City Commission at its meeting of July 13, 2004, and ask the Commission to take action approving the plan at their meeting of August 3, 2004. I believe you have the plan and all supporting documentation.

 

We have reviewed the plan in great detail and are confident that it meets all requirements of the zoning ordinance as well as the Kansas Statutes.
