Dear Commissioners:

I am writing this letter on behalf of the Lawrence/Douglas County Economic Development Board.  The Board realizes the importance of a facility to a business incubator.  In fact, on August 27, 2004 the Lawrence/Douglas County Economic Development Board unanimously voted to write a letter of support for the current Proposal for the Purchase of an Incubator Building.  The Board encourages the commission to adopt this proposal.
