RE:                  Eutin firefighter picnic at Fire Medical Station 2

As part of the Sesquicentennial celebration, a delegation of 35 firefighters from Lawrence Sister City Eutin, Germany will visit Lawrence from September 16 through September 20.  The Lawrence Douglas County Fire Medical will host the German firefighters at a picnic on Sunday, Sept. 19 at Fire Medical Station #2, 2128 Harper.  Plans for this event include serving food and beverages.

Approval to serve alcoholic beverages during the picnic is requested.
