ORDINANCE NO. 7824

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS ALLOWING THE POSSESSION, AND CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR ON CERTAIN SPECIFIED PUBLIC PROPERTY

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to City of Lawrence Code Section 4-105(E), the possession and consumption of alcoholic liquor on public property shall not apply to Lawrence-Douglas County Fire & Medical Station No. 2, 2128 Harper Street, on September 19, 2004 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.

SECTION 2.  This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its adoption and publication as provided by law.
