RE:	September 21st City Commission Meeting Minutes

Due to a Wednesday morning staff retreat and because of the complexity of the water and wastewater rate study discussion, we were unable to finish the meeting minutes by the agenda deadline.  We should complete the minutes by Friday mid-afternoon.
