Re:	Agenda Item –Set Bid Date for Utilities Project: 19^th and Learnard Sanitary Sewer Improvements

Please include the following item on the City Commission agenda for consideration at the October 5, 2004 meeting:

19^th and Learnard Sanitary Sewer Improvements

Project History: The Utilities Department Collection Division desires to install a new sanitary sewer line to serve existing homes along the east side Learnard, north of 19^th Street.  In addition, the Department wishes to replace an existing sanitary sewer west of Delaware and south of 19^th Street.

Project Status:  The engineer selected for the project, Landplan Engineering P.A., recently completed design and the project is ready to bid.

Action Request:  We request approval from the City Commission to set a bid opening date of October 19, 2004 for this project.
