TERMS: Four year terms. Terms expire July 1 of corresponding year.
MEMBERS: Thirteen members; six representing Lawrence hotel/motel industry. The Board members are selected from the hotel industry in Lawrence, tourism oriented business, and citizens interested in visitor promotion and tourism issues.
MEETINGS: Fourth Tuesday of each month, 4:30 p.m., various locations.
FUNCTION:
The charge of the Board is to act as an advisory board for the CVB. The Board advises and suggests methods or practices that will help promote and continue tourism as a viable economy in Lawrence.
