On October 26, 2004, the City of Lawrence opened proposals for the following:  

Bid#0429 – Clinton Parkway Bike Path – Parks and Recreation

We requested bids for the replacement of a section the Clinton Parkway Bike Path that is deteriorating.  The low bid from Morgan Concrete Services allows us to replace 615 feet of the path to stay within our budget.

                        Recommendation Action:

Approve bid from Morgan Concrete Services for replacement of 615 feet of the Clinton Parkway Bike Path at $43.95 a foot totaling $27,029.00 (Parks & Recreation/Special Recreation Fund)
