RE:	Surplus Property

Attached is a list of surplus property that we have had in storage for 2-3 years. This property has little to no value if sold at an auction and cannot be guaranteed it is in working order.  The Ottawa Recreation Commission has expressed an interest in acquiring this type of surplus property, with the hope that they could possibly restore and use some of the items at their facilities.

If approved, Ottawa has agreed to load and haul all of the items at their expense.

I am requesting City Commission approval to transfer this property the Ottawa Recreation Commission.
