On November 9, 2004, the City of Lawrence opened proposals for the following:  

Bid#00432 – ITC Mechanical Renovations, Phase 3  – Police Department

VENDOR	TOTAL  BID
Huxtable L. T. Services Inc.	$  29,780.00

The Police Department requested bids for phase 3 of the ITC mechanical renovations.  This is a continuation of the mechanical systems upgrade (HVAC).  We placed the bid on Demand Star, advertised in the paper and six bid requests were sent out to qualified vendors but we received only one.  Huxtable did phases 1 and 2 of this project. 

Recommendation Action:

Approve bid from Huxtable for the ITC mechanical renovations in the amount of $29,780.00 (Equipment Reserve Fund)
