ORDINANCE NO. 7849

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS, 2001 ADDITION AND AMENDMENTS THERETO,       RELATING TO NO PARKING.

            BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

SECTION I:  From and after the effectiveness of this ordinance and the installation of appropriate traffic control devices, REserved parking for persons with disabilities is hereby established in front of 1505 Vermont Street.

SECTION II: The City Engineer is hereby directed to amend the Schedule of No Parking, maintained by the Office of the City Engineer, to reflect the provisions of Section I.
