I want to inform you that your request for an Economic Development project, Franklin Road at K-10 (west of East Hills Industrial Park), was not selected for the fiscal year 2008 program. The number of requests received for projects far exceeded the number that could be completed with available funds. Your interest in the program is appreciated.

For your information, the projects that have been recommended for approval are: Basehor, El Dorado, Emporia, Gardner, Garnett, Goodland, Hays, Herington, Hodgeman County, Hoisington, Hoxie, Hutchinson, Jackson County, Lawrence, Lindsborg, Louisburg, Lyons, Maize, Manhattan, McPherson, Morris County, Paola, Pomona, Rossville, Thomas County and Tribune. These projects utilized an estimated total of nearly $13 million of KDOT funds.
