Call to Order

The meeting was called to order by Donna Osness.

History of the LMH Mission, Vision & Values Statements

The history of the LMH Mission, Vision & Value statements was reviewed.   The current statement was provided for review.   After discussion and input from members in attendance, the following was prepared:

MISSION

Lawrence Memorial Hospital, in collaboration with its

medical staff, is dedicated to providing personal and

high quality health and wellness services for the people

of Lawrence and the extended community.

VISION

Lawrence Memorial Hospital seeks to be the BEST

community hospital by exceeding the expectations

of those we serve.

This will be taken to the November Board meeting for approval.
