RE:

Lake View Addition – Clinton Parkway waterline

The property owners/developers of the Lake View Addition have requested a waiver from the City’s development policy requirements.  The City’s policies require property owners/ developers installing City waterlines to install the required waterline across the entire length of their property. At this location there are two separate property owners, with the property owner on the east portion of the subdivision already proceeding with development, while the property owner on the west portion of the subdivision is not proceeding at this time.

The property owners/developers of the western portion of Lake View Addition desire not to install the required City waterline along the entire frontage of Clinton Parkway at this time because they are not currently developing their property (they are participating in a special assessment benefit district to construct Lake View Drive).

The proposed agreement requires the installation of the waterline by the property owners when requested by a property owner to the west or when requested by the City.  Additionally, the property owners agree not to protest a special assessment benefit district for waterline improvements.
