2236 East Drive: Driveway replacement, window repairs and replacement, upgrade plumbing and electrical to code, floor covering, gutters and downspouts, roof repair, lead based paint stabilization and exterior painting, interior surface repair and painting.

811 East 11^th St: Lead based paint stabilization of all exterior wood surfaces, wood replacement windows, hot water heater replacement, tub surround, limited interior painting and floor coverings.
