Please include the attached Preliminary Development Plan on the City Commission regular agenda for consideration at the January 25, 2005 meeting.

Project Status

 

On November 17, 2004, the Planning Commission on a 5 to 3 vote; recommended approval of the Preliminary Development Plan, subject to 6 conditions.

 

Revision to Auto Exchange Preliminary Development Plan

Since the Planning Commission meeting, the applicant has modified the Preliminary Development Plan with the proposed 33^rd  Street access to be a right- in only, rather than a right-out only. The modification was made by the applicant to help mitigate a concern for traffic safety. A copy of the revised Preliminary Development Plan is attached, dated January 3, 2005.

A copy of the Staff Report, Planning Commission Minutes, and Action letter will also be attached to this item.

Action Request.  Planning Staff request the City Commission review the recommendation of the Planning Commission, the revised Preliminary Development Plan with the right-in only access from 31^st Street, and approve the Preliminary Development Plan, subject to appropriate conditions.
