RE:	917 Ward Street Request for Waiver from Building Permit Moratorium

Planning staff has received the following communications from neighborhood representatives concerning the building permit moratorium waiver request for the construction of a single family residence at 917 Ward Street. The building permit applicant proposes to build one single family residence to replace an existing residence.

On behalf of the Brook Creek Neighborhood Association, Beth Ann Mansur provided the following email message:  “Our neighborhood votes to allow the building of the house to go on as planned at 917 Ward.”

The President of the East Lawrence Neighborhood Association also indicated that she would allow the exemption.
