Dear Paul,

The original plat for Alvamar Estates, Lots 28 through 87 allowed for a maximum of 20 living units for Lots 66 — 70, which is what was provided when the lots were developed. The total number of units on these lots is unchanged but with this replat each building is on 1 lot.

The current replat has reconfigured the lot lines to provide 4 units (per each building) on each of the Lots 1, 2 and 3, Quail Valley Townhomes. Lot 66, Alvamar Estates has 4 units (1 building); Lots A and B in the replat of Lots 69 and 70, Alvamar Estates have 2 units each for a total of 20 units.
