RE:	Project No. 32-AC1-604(S) 23^rd Street, Iowa to Louisiana Access Management Improvements Phone Survey

The consultant selected for the subject project, HNTB Corporation, is beginning the public involvement process.  The first step is to conduct a phone survey.  Next week ETC Institute will begin calling 200 residents and 50 businesses at random within the City.  Attached is a copy of the survey for your reference.

This survey will provide data that is statistically representative of the Lawrence citizens and businesses.  A summary report of the survey will be provided with the project deliverables which will provide feedback about the importance of improvements to 23^rd Street, and concerns about safety, traffic congestion, and economic development along 23^rd Street.
