On March 15, 2005, the City of Lawrence opened proposals for the following:  

Project No. 28-CP8-604(BD)

Lake Pointe Drive, 22^nd Terrace to Clinton Parkway

Street, Storm Sewer, Roundabout Improvements

Project Description:  Construct Lake Pointe Drive from 22^nd Terrace to Clinton Parkway, including a roundabout on Clinton Parkway at the intersection.  This project is being funded 100% through a benefit district.

Recommendation Action:

Approve bid from LRM Industries, Inc. for Project No. 28-CP8-604(BD), Lake Pointe Drive, 22^nd Terrace to Clinton Parkway, Street, Storm Sewer, Roundabout Improvements, in the amount of $817,740.00 provided the contractor can meet the terms established in the contract documents.
