Re: Notice of Public Hearing

Lawrence City Commission:

I am writing on behalf of The Salvation Army, Lawrence, Kansas regarding the upcoming hearing regarding a request for a Drinking Establishment distance restrictioin waiver for the Pepperjack Restaurant. Our position on this waiver at this time is that we will not protest the granting of a license to serve liquor within 400 feet of the Salvation Army Church located at 946 New Hampshire.
