RE:	Agenda Item - Vacation of Right-of-Way - Westervelt

Attached is a request from Glen Westervelt, Developer, Westwood LLC, to vacate a

15 ft. utility easement located at the rear of Lots 38 through 44 inclusive, Block 1 of Westwood Hills Addition.  Notices were sent to all utilities which responded with no conflicts.  No objections were received from adjacent property owners.

Staff has not seen public improvement plans for Landon Court.  With the vacation of this easement the lots on Landon Court will receive sewer service in the front.  This is similar to how other lots in the development are serviced and should not present any problems.

Action Requested:     Open public hearing and, pending discussion, approve Order of Vacation.
