The referenced property has been inspected and found to be in violation of the City of Lawrence Environmental Code.   Specifically, there is an abandoned car in the rear driveway and the property appears abandoned. 

The owner of record is:             Evert D Morris

                                                Lawrence KS   66044                    

Per the chronology below, a notice was issued to the property owner with no response as of today.  Please let me know if you have questions concerning this.  Thank you.

Mar 16 2005    Inspected, there is an abandoned vehicle in the driveway (adjacent to alley).  Issued Notice of Violation.

Jun 7 2005   Inspected, no change.  Took pictures. 

                    Request a resolution be adopted, declaring this property blighted and order the violation abated within 20 days.
