The referenced property has been inspected and found to be in violation of the City of Lawrence Environmental Code.   Specifically, the yard is blighted with fallen tree branches and the property appears abandoned. 

The owners of record are:         Epifania Torres, Debra K Jackson

PO Box 429, Lake Bluff, IL   600440429                    

Per the chronology below, a notice was issued to the property owners with no response as of today.  Please let me know if you have questions concerning this.  Thank you.

Jun 7 2005   Inspected, no change.  Took pictures. 

                    Request a resolution be adopted, declaring this property blighted and order the violations abated within 20 days.
