COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING REHABILITATION SCOPE OF WORK:
2558 Cedarwood: Foundation waterproofing and drainage, drive and garage floor replacement, rear deck replacement, guard and handrails, roof replacement, window lifts and repairs, kitchen counter tops, GFCI outlets, floor coverings in kitchen and baths, Hot water heater, ceiling fan rated electrical boxes.
544 Arizona: Roof replacement. Drive way, garage floor, sidewalk and retaining wall replacement. Minor window repairs. GFCI outlets for kitchen and baths, interior door replacements, sheet rock repairs and interior painting of those rooms. Shower stall repairs and repair of water damage. Kitchen faucet repairs and air gap for dishwasher. Bathroom vent fan, installation of grab bar and faucet repair. Carpet replacement in upstairs rooms.
