STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the following:
Staff recommends denial of Z-01-05-05 for the 9.12 acres from A-1 (Suburban Home Residential) District to RS-2 (Single-Family Residence) District and forwarding it to the City Commission with a recommendation for denial based on the findings of fact found in the body of the attached staff report.
Staff recommends denial of Z-01-06-05 for the 39.13 acres from A-1 (Suburban Home Residential) District to RM-2 (Multiple-Family Residence) District and forwarding it to the City Commission with a recommendation for denial based on the findings of fact found in the body of the attached staff report.
And
Staff recommends denial of Z-01-07-05 for the 4.6 acres from A-1 (Suburban Home Residential) District to RM-D (Duplex Residential) District and forwarding it to the City Commission with a recommendation for denial based on the findings of fact found in the body of the attached staff report.

Reason for Request: |
Residential development deferred from previous discussion. Item was tabled at the February Planning Commission meeting. |
KEY POINT Development is contingent upon annexation and extension of urban services. The City Commission referred the annexation back to the Planning Commission via the March City Commission Minutes.
Applicant contacted staff to indicate that they did not want to withdraw the zoning requests that would limit them for reapplying within one year. No new information has been provided to staff.
