On June 21, 2005, the City of Lawrence opened proposals for the following:
Bid#0522 –  MICRO SAND PUMP ROOM REPAINTING – UTILITIES DEPARTMENT

Utilities Department requested bids to paint the Wastewater Treatment Plant’s micro sand pump room.  The existing paint is failing and painting is needed to keep the building and equipment in good operating condition.  This purchase was approved in the 2005 budgeting process.

Recommendation:

Approve bid from Ammon Painting Co. for painting the micro sand pump room in the amount of $19,700.00. (Utilities/Wastewater Treatment Plant)
