ORDINANCE NO. 7911

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS, 2003  EDITION AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, RELATING TO TIME LIMIT PARKING.

          BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

SECTION I:  From and after the effectiveness of this ordinance and the installation of appropriate traffic control devices, 2-HOUR PARKING, 8:00AM-4:00PM MON-FRI is established in the recessed parking area adjacent to Veteran’s Park between 18^th and 19^th Street.

SECTION II.  The City Engineer is hereby directed to amend the Schedule of Time Limit  Parking, maintained by the Office of the City Engineer, to reflect the provisions of Section I.
