Project Description

 

The City Manager’s Office requests approval to submit a grant request for KDOT funding of a Pedestrian Safety Campaign.  The campaign is modeled after, and utilizes materials provided by, the Federal Highway Administration’s Pedestrian Safety Campaign Planner

 

Action Request

 

Authorize the submission to KDOT of a grant request for the amount of $73,469 (over three years) for the following materials and services:

 

Staff salary, website design and maintenance, advertisements (TV, radio, newspaper, and cinema), posters, miscellaneous printing and binding, bumper stickers, tee shirts, pedometers, and conference expenses.
