Management Letter Presentation

Tom Singleton, with Lowenthal Singleton Webb & Wilson P.A., will present the Management Letter that was prepared in conjunction with the 2004 financial audit.   Staff Memo

Summer4 Land Application Project Report

Jeanette Klamm, Residuals Coordinator with the Utilities Department, will summarize her report on the activities associated with this summer’s land application and beneficial reuse program.

Triennial Review of Transit System Completed

Cliff Galante, Public Transit Administrator, and Wendy Koerner, Public Transit Clerk, have completed the required triennial review of the system.  The Final Report is attached.

Staff Efforts Paying Off

The attached memo from Jim Stuit, Field Operations Supt. in the Utilities Department, recognizes the efforts of the Sanitary Sewer Division staff members in minimizing the impacts of significant rain events on the sanitary sewer system.  The downpour of Saturday, August 13^th and the relatively few complications to the sanitary sewer system prompted Jim to prepare this memo, which we are pleased to share with the City Commission.
