RE:              Appointments to boards and commissions

I recommend the following individuals for the appointments listed below.  I have included phone numbers.  Please feel free to call any of them to discuss their potential appointments.  I believe they are willing to answer your questions or receive any comments you might have.

Mental Health Board:

Appoint Bonnie Lowe (842.1484) to the un-expired position held by Ken McRae.  This position expires 04/30/06.

Hospital Board:

Reappoint Joe Flannery (843.6360) to an additional term that will expire 09/30/09.  Appoint Allen Belot (843.4670) to the un-expired position that was held by Scott Bailey, which will expire 09/30/08.  Appoint Chuck Heath (312.9582) to his first full term that will expire 09/30/09.

Board of Zoning Appeals/Sign Code Board of Appeals:

Appoint Jim Carpenter to his first full term that will expire 09/30/08.

Neighborhood Resources Advisory Committee:

Reappoint Jeanette Collier (841.3357) and Kirsten Roussel (838.9895) to additional terms that will expire 09/30/08.  Appoint Carol Nalbandian to the position vacated by Vern Norwood.  This position will expire 09/30/08.
