Rules:

·         Limit of two (2) management team members per activity.

·         Participation must be in an activity not within team member’s own department and different from the activity assigned in 2004.

·         Participation requires 2-4 hours involvement in the activity (e.g. if water testing, participant must actually do the testing procedure; if involved in a training exercise, participant must perform one or more of the training elements).

·         Participation must in a meaningful way contribute to the activity (e.g. if activity is meter reading, participant must read a certain number of meters).

·         Two minute report on activities to fellow Management Team members at the September 21st meeting.

·         Part of report must include at least one significant fact or process that you learned and previously didn’t know about the activity/department.

·         All safety procedures must be followed and related safety gear/clothing/tools must be used as appropriate.
