The City of Lawrence would like to know how you feel about your job. Your cooperation in completing this survey would be greatly appreciated.  To ensure the objectivity of this survey, the identity and responses of every employee will remain strictly confidential.  Findings from this survey will not be reported to the City in a way that would reveal the identity of any individual respondent, only you will know how you respond to the questions on this form.

 

This survey was initiated by the City Commission to determine how City employees feel about their working conditions.  The survey contains many of the same questions that were included on the City’s 2002 Employee Survey.  By answering these questions, you will be providing important information that will help us work together to recognize our successes and make improvements where necessary.
